How does the selling process work with Marco Properties?

We take care of everything: from valuing your property to promotion, viewings, negotiation, and signing at the notary. Our goal is to sell your home at the best price and in the shortest possible time

How much does it cost to list my property with you?

We work on a commission-based model, which is only charged if we succeed in selling your property. There are no upfront costs. On the Costa del Sol, our commission is 5% + VAT on the final sale price
We offer two types of collaboration:
  • Shared exclusivity
  • Non-exclusive
We can explain each option to you with complete transparency and no obligation

What documents do I need to sell my property?

Once we find the right buyer, the following documentation will be required:
  • Identity document (DNI, passport, or NIE)
  • IBI (property tax) receipt
  • Land Registry Extract
  • Utility bills (water and electricity)
  • Documentation related to the homeowners' association
  • First Occupancy Licence (LOP)
Before signing at the notary, the Energy Efficiency Certificate (CEE) and the Community Certificate will also be required. If you wish, we can assist you in gathering all of this documentation

How long will it take to sell my property?

It depends on the area, the condition of the property, and the price, but we usually close deals within 90 days for well-priced properties

Yes, absolutely. We can manage the entire buying and selling process remotely with complete security. We are qualified to represent you legally, if needed, through a power of attorney, and we can take care of all the necessary procedures. Additionally, we can recommend lawyers, banks, and other key services required for the transaction. Our goal is to make the process smooth, clear, and secure—regardless of where you are located
