This restaurant is located in the area of Nueva Andalucía, totally equipped, furnished and ready for use. It is a charming restaurant with a great atmosphere. There are lots of windows allowing for a bright, sun-filled interior. It is decorated in a modern and contemporary style and has seating for up to 70 guests. There is a very spacious basement area currently used as a store room for food and drinks. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a bar area and 2 toilettes. The restaurant is connected with an apartment of 2 levels. On the 1st level is a living and dining-area with open fireplace, a fully fitted kitchen with brand name appliances, 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, bathroom and a guest toilet as well as an area which can be used as office. On the upper level there is a master bedroom with fitted wardrobes, en-suite bathroom and 2 terraces; one is southern orientated with sea views.
